100g of butter, chopped 200g of dark chocolate, chopped
4 eggs 30g of cocoa
250g of caster sugar 100g of plain flour
1 tsp of baking powder
12 drops of doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
Heat the oven to 180C, Gas 4, 350F
Line your square pan with baking parchment or grease with butter. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a bowl set over a pan of boiling water...or in the microwave. Leave to cool to room tempature.
Whisk the eggs and sugar together until fluffy and light...your electric mixer is great for this! Be careful not to over whip or the brownies will be crispier on the top than desired.
Fold the choclate mixture into the eggs and suagr...sift in the dry ingredients, add your Wild Orange essential oil...fold together until blended and fudgy.
Pour into your baking tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
